Code of Conduct
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct outlines the principles, values, and standards of behavior expected of all employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Blue Sky Scrubs (collectively, "Team Members"). It is designed to promote ethical conduct, legal compliance, mutual respect, and accountability in all aspects of our business.
2. Scope
This Code applies to all Team Members, in all locations, and in all situations where they represent or act on behalf of the Company.

4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Team Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, laws relating to employment, health and safety, data protection, competition, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption.
If there is a conflict between this Code and local law, local law must be followed, and the issue should be reported to management.
5. Ethical Conduct
Team Members are expected to:
- Act honestly, fairly, and in good faith
- Avoid deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices
- Represent the Company accurately in communications
- Uphold the Company’s reputation at all times
6. Respectful Workplace and Non-Discrimination
We are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation.
Blue Sky Scrubs does not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
Unacceptable behavior includes:
- Harassment (verbal, physical, visual, or digital)

7. Compensation, Wages, and Benefits
Blue Sky Scrubs is committed to providing fair, competitive, and lawful compensation.
- Wages will meet or exceed all applicable minimum wage and wage payment laws
- Compensation will be provided in a timely and transparent manner
- Benefits offered will comply with applicable laws and regulations
- No unlawful deductions from wages are permitted
8. Hours of Work and Overtime
Working hours, rest periods, and overtime will comply with applicable labor laws.
- Overtime will be voluntary where required by law and compensated at legally required rates
- Working hours will not exceed legal limits except where permitted by law
- Team Members are entitled to legally mandated breaks, rest days, and leave
9. Child Labor
Blue Sky Scrubs strictly prohibits the use of child labor.
- No person under the minimum legal working age will be employed
- Young workers, where legally permitted, will not perform hazardous or harmful work
- Age verification processes will be followed in compliance with law
10. Forced Labor
Blue Sky Scrubs prohibits all forms of forced, bonded, indentured, involuntary prison, or trafficked labor.
- Employment must be voluntary
- Team Members are free to leave employment subject to reasonable notice
- No coercion, threats, or retention of identity documents is permitted
11. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
Blue Sky Scrubs respects the rights of Team Members to:
- Freedom of association
- Join or refrain from joining labor organizations
- Engage in lawful collective bargaining activities
These rights will be respected in accordance with applicable laws.

Team Members must:

14. Conflicts of Interest
Team Members must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the Company.
Examples include:
- Financial interests in competitors, suppliers, or customers
- Outside employment that interferes with Company duties
- Personal relationships that improperly influence business decisions
- Any potential conflict must be disclosed to management
- Gifts, Entertainment, and Bribes
- Team Members must not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes or improper payments.
Gifts or entertainment may only be accepted or offered if they:
- Are modest and reasonable in value
- Are not intended to influence business decisions
- Comply with Company policies and applicable laws
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
Team Members must protect confidential and proprietary information, including:
- Business plans and financial information
- Customer and employee data
- Trade secrets and intellectual property
- Confidential information must not be disclosed without authorization and must be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
- Use of Company Assets
- Company assets (including equipment, systems, funds, and intellectual property) must be used responsibly and primarily for business purposes.
- Misuse, theft, or unauthorized use of Company assets is prohibited.
- Technology and Communications
- Team Members must use Company technology and communication systems responsibly.
This includes:
- No unauthorized access to systems or data
- No use of Company systems for illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Compliance with cybersecurity and IT policies
- Social Media and Public Communications
- Only authorized Team Members may speak on behalf of Blue Sky Scrubs.
When using social media, Team Members must:
- Make it clear when opinions are personal
- Avoid disclosing confidential information
- Avoid content that could harm the Company’s reputation
- Reporting Concerns
Team Members are encouraged to report:
- Violations of this Code
- Illegal or unethical behavior
- Safety concerns or misconduct
Reports may be made to a manager, HR, or another designated reporting channel. Reports will be handled confidentially to the extent possible.
Non-Retaliation
Blue Sky Scrubs prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation.
15. Investigations and Enforcement
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts.
We will investigate reported concerns fairly, promptly, and confidentially.
16. Responsibilities of Managers
Managers and leaders are expected to:
- Lead by example
- Promote understanding of this Code
- Address concerns promptly and appropriately
- Foster a culture of ethics and respect
17. Acknowledgment
All Team Members are required to acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Code of Conduct.
