We are pleased to offer scrub customization with your desired logo. Please be certain to purchase embroidery for the number of scrubwear items that you are wanting to personalize.

For example: If you order 3 scrubs tops, you will want to adjust your 'logo embroidery' quantity to 3 to match the number of tops you want embroidered.

If this is your first time submitting your logo for embroidery, please be certain to also purchase the one time digitizing fee here.

Please note, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on embroidered items. If you are unsure about sizing or style preference on your scrubs, we suggest that you try on our products before customizing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Embroidered items are not returnable unless there is an error in the embroidery or defect in the garment. Adding embroidery to your items will add 2-3 weeks before we are able to ship your entire order.
